Location: Elephant Butte
Fiesta Meats LLC is a USDA‑inspected meat processing facility specializing in beef, pork, lamb, and wild game. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Meat Cutter / Butcher / Packing Associate to join our team.
This position involves meat processing, cutting, trimming, packaging, and maintaining USDA food safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and portion meat products (beef, pork, lamb, and wild game)
- Package and label products accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with USDA regulations
- Operate meat processing equipment safely
- Assist with inventory and product handling
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety protocols
- Meat cutting or butcher experience preferred (not required)
- Willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment
- Reliable and team‑oriented
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
