O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures;
Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner;
Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds accurately;
Maintain store appearance and ensure adherence to store policies and schedules
