Location: White Rock
Kroger is seeking a Deli Department leader to ensure outstanding customer service and safe, clean store conditions. You will direct and supervise all deli functions, support day-to-day deli operations, and drive sales and profit goals while upholding the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Responsibilities include training associates, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing inventory, and assisting with budgeting and performance reviews.
