Salary & Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour (subject to applicable minimum wage).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Meat/Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.
