Parts Counter Specialist PTO k

Smith Ford, a family-owned and operated dealership in Lordsburg, NM, is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team. Whether you are experienced in automotive parts or looking to start a new career path, we provide the training necessary to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers, shop technicians, and wholesale accounts in identifying and purchasing required Ford parts and accessories.

• Lookup parts using digital catalog systems and assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing.

• Handle incoming calls, answer customer questions, and process orders promptly.

• Receive, inspect, and unbox incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous automotive or parts experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
