Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager for our Community Care Sales Team. This field‑based role focuses on achieving sales goals within primary care and the women's health therapeutic area in an assigned geographic territory. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in specialty biopharmaceutical sales and will be collaborative, tactical, energetic, and thrive in a nimble environment.
Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives by implementing effective, ethical, and compliant sales strategies.
- Develop and execute a business plan aligned with the sales strategy to achieve results.
- Prioritize and call on customers at optimal frequency to influence prescribing behaviors.
- Plan pre‑call activities to set clear objectives for HCP engagement.
- Drive market share growth through two‑way dialogue and patient‑type selling with approved messaging.
- Apply a growth mindset and focus on opportunities rather than limitations.
- Consistent record of exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory or related experience.
- Strong clinical and scientific communication skills; ability to present complex data and marketing materials.
- In‑depth understanding of local ecosystem and payer landscape, including Medicaid and Medicare.
- Analytical ability to develop actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication, organization, and technology proficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Life Sciences.
3–5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (or relevant experience) with demonstrated mastery or aptitude to learn disease‑state and product knowledge.
Travel within the territory is required, including car and overnight air travel. Periodic national travel to corporate headquarters, training, product theaters, and sales meetings may also be necessary.
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $108,000 – $135,000. Total rewards include merit‑based increases, short‑term incentive plan participation, 401(k) plan eligibility, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and leave benefits in line with state regulations.
Time‑off policy: flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, additional shutdown period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire, and each year thereafter.
