Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000.00

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred:
  Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

On‑site. Monday through Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
