What will you do?

As a Sales Associate, every day you will make our customers' day special. Specifically, you will:

• Offer customers a fantastic experience, helping them with size and model choices, as well as during the purchase and return phases;
• Set up the sales area to make it attractive for customers: it is necessary to keep the shelves always full, the fitting rooms tidy and all new products in evidence, as well as keeping the warehouse constantly tidy and well organized;
• Offer a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the cash register, in processing requests, as well as in cancellation and return procedures;
• Receive the goods and bring the products to the sales area, ensuring that the price is correct and that the products are perfectly in line with our high standards.

Who are we looking for?

To offer fantastic shopping experiences to our customers, your role is fundamental! Here is the profile we are looking for:

• You like to be in contact with people and create exceptional experiences;
• You are a person with strong values, with excellent communication skills but also able to listen, share ideas and get involved when needed;
• You have good organizational skills and pay attention to details;
• You are a highly motivated person and lover of teamwork, characterized by a positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
• You have an interest in fashion and the latest trends;
• Preferably, you have already worked in a retail context with high customer flows.
• You are registered on the list of protected categories (Law 68/99).
