• Source, develop leads, prospect and continually network.

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain property & Casualty/Personal lines and life insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organizational skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, full‑time Sales Agents meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 and $121,700 annually. Commission opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
