Location: Miami
XAL is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to drive growth in key strategic markets, especially Miami and New York. This hands-on role involves direct interactions with clients and design communities to expand XAL’s presence in the spec‑grade lighting market.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in lighting or technical sales, strong technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills. You will represent XAL at various meetings and trade shows, and contribute to identifying the best lighting solutions for clients.
