Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative – The role involves engaging customers via phone in English and Spanish, identifying needs, recommending products and services, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Spanish.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value.
- Explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Address customer questions and overcome objections confidently.
- Process orders and accurately document customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal communication and sales skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- One year of bilingual sales, customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or contact‑centre experience (preferred).
- Experience meeting sales targets and working in a commission‑or‑incentive‑based environment (preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
