• $120,000–$200,000 and earning potential (Full Commission)
• 3 Month Paid Training Guarantee – $4,500
• Large Monthly Cash Volume Bonuses – on average $20,000 in monthly cash bonuses given out per dealer

• 1+ year automotive or commission sales experience
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven
• Valid VSA license + BC Class 5 (clean abstract)

• Sell vehicles and automotive products
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Build repeat and referral business
• Follow up with customers and close deals
