Patient Access Support Services, Enterprise Access & Reimbursement Manager - Boston, MA Northea

Position Overview

The Enterprise Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) supports Patient Access Support Services (PASS), focusing on Hematology, Oncology, and Cardiovascular products in the Northeast Region (Boston, MA). The ARM builds relationships with healthcare providers, provides access and reimbursement support, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams.

• Build and maintain professional contacts with office staff in private practice, medical group practices, and hospitals.
• Develop deep market access expertise and anticipate implications for BMS brands and competitors.
• Maintain expertise in changing healthcare landscape, including market trends and payer dynamics.
• Share reimbursement education proactively and educate staff on enrolling patients into BMS programs.
• Manage patient cases enrolled into BMS Hubs, facilitating continuity of care after the clinical decision.
• Share account knowledge and insights to enhance the ONE BMS matrix team approach.
• Provide approved reimbursement updates to District Manager and sales representatives.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
• Travel up to 20%-30% overnight within territory.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years in pharmaceuticals or related healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated performance in strategic analysis, leadership, critical thinking, leading without authority, and collaboration within a matrix organization.
• Experience in buy‑and‑bill and specialty pharmacy market preferred.
• Prior customer‑facing responsibility and patient reimbursement experience preferred.

Field – United States – US: $153,000 - $185,400 base salary. Incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility. Final individual compensation will be based on experience.
