Group Events Sales Representative

Position Overview

Location:

Orange County – Santa Ana, CA 92707. Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (commission-based with a guaranteed floor). Position Type:
Full Time.

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event planners, and local organizations.
• Generate, manage, and convert a pipeline of private events, catering, and group dining opportunities.
• Spend significant time in the field developing business and representing the brand within assigned markets.
• Collaborate with brewpub operations and marketing teams to coordinate events, execute promotions, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within the CRM while meeting established revenue goals and performance metrics.

• Located in Orange County or surrounding area.
• 1–3+ years of sales experience (restaurant group sales, events, hospitality, catering, or B2B).
• Strong outbound sales mindset and competitive drive.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Experience in restaurant group sales or event sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Toast Catering, Triple Seat, or similar).
