Job Summary
Vulcan Fire Protection Services Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our fire protection service business. This position will focus primarily on developing new customers and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is a driven relationship-builder who can identify opportunities, earn customer trust, and grow long-term recurring service accounts.

Responsibilities- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and customer outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and contractors.
- Sell recurring fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services.
- Identify additional service opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Prepare proposals and service agreements.
- Follow up on leads and proposals and close new business.
- Coordinate with service technicians and management to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Meet established sales and revenue goals.
- Sales or business development experience preferred.
- Fire protection, construction, or service-industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to travel to clients as needed
