Manager, Sales Development

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Manager, Sales Development to lead a high-performing team that builds qualified pipeline and supports revenue growth across our manufacturing-based beverage portfolio. In this role, you will design and execute sales development strategies, oversee lead generation and qualification, and partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations. You'll leverage CRM data to drive decisions, coach your team for continuous improvement, and champion our culture of safety, integrity, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales development team to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
• Design and execute sales development strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Manage prospecting, lead qualification, and handoff to field or account sales teams.
• Use CRM and analytics to track performance, forecast pipeline, and optimize activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics to support customer growth.
• Develop territory and account plans focused on key customers and channels.
• Report KPIs, insights, and recommendations to sales leadership.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, teamwork, and community impact.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales development talent.
