Region Rover Supervisor

Securitas seeks a Region Rover Supervisor to lead mobile security operations across multiple client sites. In this on-site role, you will supervise rover officers, coordinate patrol routes, and ensure consistent, high-visibility protection for people, property, and assets. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, post checks, incident response, and client interaction. You'll review reports, uphold safety and compliance standards, and model Securitas' values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness while supporting performance, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise region rover security officers across assigned routes and client sites
• Coordinate and adjust patrol schedules to ensure adequate coverage and response capability
• Conduct site inspections, post checks, and officer welfare checks for quality and safety
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; guide officers in appropriate actions
• Train, coach, and mentor officers on procedures, customer service, and safety standards
• Review incident reports, logs, and patrol documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with clients to understand security needs and address service concerns
• Enforce company policies, post orders, and regulatory requirements
• Support investigations by gathering statements, video, and incident details
• Collaborate with local leadership on performance, staffing, and continuous improvement
