Hydroblasting Technician

Overview

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Reserve, is seeking a Hydro Blaster/Field Technician to execute water treatment installations, pipeline hydrostatic testing, and related duties. The technician represents HPC-Industrial at customer sites and fosters continuous client relationships. This role offers opportunities for military transition and civilian career development.

• Follow health and safety policies and act safely at all times.
• Operate manual and automated hydroblasting equipment.
• Operate specialized equipment such as ultra high‑pressure pumps.
• Energize hydraulic and chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks, and cutting equipment on the job.
• Examine surface cleanliness to ensure conformity to company and customer expectations.
• Conduct routine and required maintenance on units and peripherals, including industry vacuuming equipment and disposal of hazardous and non‑hazardous materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment used on the job.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; compliance with company driving policy when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle for company business.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment operation such as fire extinguishers.
• May need to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
• Experience with hydroblasting and chemical cleaning preferred.
