Position Summary:

As a Seasonal Lift Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aerial and surface lift systems across the resort. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Seasonal shifts include both winter and summer lift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual lift inspections in compliance with current ANSI B77 standards and manufacturer guidelines.

* Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems on chairlifts, gondolas, and surface lifts.

* Assist with seasonal setup, teardown, and testing of lifts.

* Respond to lift service calls and assist with lift evacuations when necessary.

* Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.

* Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including snow, wind, and high altitudes.

* Collaborate with other departments (lift operations, vehicle maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
