Loads, unloads, or relocates heavy or bulky items from trucks and other conveyances; operates heavy power mowers and/or trimmers on facility grounds;
Performs a variety of general laboring tasks involved with maintenance of the facilities;
Uses hand tools for simple repair work or assisting others with more complex tasks;
Performs minor electrical or plumbing tasks as needed;
Reports equipment problems to supervisors and assists with basic preventative maintenance
