Requirements:

• Senior Master Ford Technician certification is a plus
• ASE certification and experience in working on Ford vehicles
• Strong diagnostic skills: ability to diagnose and repair complex problems
• Excellent communication skills: ability to work with customers and team members
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
