SPAR Marketing Force is seeking General Laborers to join their overnight team in Truth or Consequences, NM. These positions support large retail and commercial projects, performing hands-on tasks such as assembly, installation, and material movement. Ideal candidates are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working overnight in a fast-paced environment.

• $20 per hour

• Ability to stand for shifts of 8+ hours

• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
• Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, installation, or similar work preferred
• Basic tool knowledge preferred
