Marathon Petroleum seeks a Sour Gas Maintenance Mechanic to support safe, reliable operation of sour gas processing assets within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair compressors, pumps, valves, pressure vessels, piping, and related systems in sour gas service, following strict safety and environmental standards. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, interpret P&IDs and technical drawings, collaborate with operations and engineering on root-cause analysis, and document all work in our maintenance management system, contributing to continuous improvement in a performance-driven culture.
