• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, and production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair servo motors, drives, PLC systems, sensors, and automated equipment
• Remove, replace, and install motors, machine components, and electrical parts to minimize downtime
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and testing equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery to ensure efficient production operations
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on motors, and industrial equipment
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve machine performance and reliability
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of replacement parts
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and automation equipment required
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment and respond quickly to equipment issues
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating days off with shift differential pay
• Ability to pass background check
