Job Type: Full-Time | Contract
Shift: 1st Shift (4/10 Schedule) - Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM

We are seeking a Field Technician with strong hands-on mechanical and electrical experience to support advanced aerospace and defense systems. In this role, you will install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify complex equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems at customer and field locations.

This position supports a variety of advanced missile and defense products, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while maintaining excellent customer support.

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions with minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aerospace and defense systems.
• Install, upgrade, and remove equipment following engineering change procedures.
• Utilize electrical and mechanical test equipment for system diagnostics.
• Follow established technical manuals, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Support field operations and customer technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and service records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and security requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal engineering teams.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous hands-on Field Technician or Maintenance Technician experience.
• Experience with mechanical assembly of aerospace or defense systems.
• Experience using electrical test equipment

• Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and standard operating instructions.
• Experience working with mechanical or electrical critical test equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, military, or missile systems.
• Experience handling or working around explosives ( but not required).
• Military maintenance experience is highly desirable.

• On-site field support position.
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and explosive-related systems.
• Must be able to work in outdoor and industrial environments.
• Safety shoes are required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

• 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM
• Three-day weekend every week!
