Job DescriptionThe electrician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing installed electrical systems, including lighting fixtures, power fixtures, power sources, alarm systems, and services battery packs for emergency power systems. They will also locate and make repairs to plumbing, perform minor construction and repair on existing structures, and carry out routine preventive maintenance on heating systems and refrigeration and air conditioning units.
The role requires adherence to safety practices and the use of a wide variety of hand and power tools associated with the carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades.
