• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to determine the root cause of electrical and electronic performance issues.
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks on electrical systems and components.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts, ensuring an adequate supply of commonly used components.
• Identify and order necessary parts for repairs or replacements, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform routine inspections and other preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of the equipment.
• Conduct thorough testing and performance checks after repairs to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality standards.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or certification in electrical /electronic or a related field
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
