Schedule and Caseload Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Four days per week
• Onsite services only
• Approximately 25 students on your caseload (caseload may fluctuate)
• Assignment spans two school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services and behavioral interventions to students
• Foster positive social-emotional and behavioral development
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage documentation, case management, and stay compliant with school and state guidelines
• Communicate and coordinate with staff, families, and external service providers

Qualifications:

• Must hold active New Mexico School Social Worker credentials
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are preferred
