Job Details
Responsible for providing advocacy, referrals and follow up for the children and families served at the Care House, Montgomery County Child Advocacy Center. Coordinate the case intake process and maintain case data in the case tracking system. Collaborate with partnering and community agencies and their representatives on the multidisciplinary team.
Provides case intake and coordination for families and/or referring multidisciplinary team members. Completes mandatory and service referrals for children and families in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining the center's case tracking system to produce statistical reports reflecting accountabilities. Coordinate, schedule and conduct forensic interviews. Develop and maintain relationships with community and partnering agencies for resource development and coordination of victim services.
Collaborate with partner agencies to define and communicate the mission of CARE House. Administer surveys to families and work closely with the Director to ensure that the policies and procedures of CARE House adhere to "best practice" standards.

Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other related field is required

- Serving the Montgomery County Care House by the main campus hospital
