We are an established air ambulance provider seeking a full time VFR Medical Pilot to join our team in Tucumcari, NM. This role requires an experienced helicopter pilot to operate under CAMTS guidelines with AS350 VFR/NVG aircraft. The ideal candidate must be available for 24-hour operations, working day/night rotations and meeting all FAA and company requirements.
Schedule & Location7 & 7 schedule (subject to change based on operational needs). Off duty housing provided.
Responsibilities- Operate H125 VFR/NVG
- Ensure compliance with CAMTS guidelines and FAA regulations.
- Maintain operational readiness for 24-hour operations, including day/night rotation.
- Participate in company training, safety programs, and customer interaction.
- Relocate or transition aircraft as required, per contractual agreements.

Requirements- Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- CAMTS Minimum Flight
Hours:
2,000 Total Hours, 1,500 Hours Helicopter, 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters, 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters, 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations or 50 Hours Unaided + 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG) - Candidates must meet 235-pound body weight limit.
- Strong communication skills and excellent internal/external customer service.
- Successful completion of interview and acceptance by customer and management.
- Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including a functional capacity assessment (strength and flexibility evaluation), drug screening, and background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds to assist in loading/unloading patients and equipment.
