Location: Shiprock
Minimum Qualifications Required Helper
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- 6 – 12 months experience in warehouse operation.
- Enrollment in the Apprenticeship Program is required in accordance with standards.
- Valid Driver's License, CDL Learner's Permit or CDL Class "B" with Hazmat Endorsement (subject to motor vehicle record review). Required to obtain a CDL Class "B" with Hazmat Endorsement within 6 months from date of employment.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Vocational/ Specialized Training in Electrical Field.
- 1–2 years' experience in Data Entry.
- 1–2 years' knowledge of purchasing procedures.
- Enrollment in the Apprenticeship Program is required in accordance with standards.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License, Class "A" or "B" with Hazmat Endorsement (subject to motor vehicle review).
- High School Diploma or GED certificate.
- Vocational/Specialized Training.
- Journeyman Certification.
- 5–7 years' experience in customer service.
- 5–7 years' experience in data entry.
- 5–7 years' experience in warehouse operations.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License, Class "A" or "B" with Hazmat Endorsement (subject to motor vehicle review).
- Check items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination and routing are correct.
- Inspect incoming orders to verify type, quantity, and condition against orders.
- Identify and mark parts and material using stock number, price, and quantity, then store them in predetermined location.
- Post all receipts and issue of materials to appropriate record.
- Order parts and materials for stock and immediate use.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly.
- Route incoming goods to the proper departments.
- Unpack and sort incoming merchandise.
- Load or unload material, equipment, merchandise or supplies from automobiles, trucks, or other vehicles.
- Assist in the physical inventory.
- Reject damaged goods or materials and correspond with the shipper to adjust damages or shortages.
- Check materials against vendor invoices, bills of lading, customer orders and similar papers.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

- Assist with inventory of materials & supplies.
- Verify correctness of incoming shipment against bills lading; maintain records of goods received.
- Unpack and sort incoming merchandise.
- Route incoming goods to the proper departments.
- Load or unload material, equipment, merchandise or supplies from automobiles, trucks or other vehicles.
- Count, weigh and identify items in receiving and shipping department.
- Participate in the assembling and shipping of outgoing merchandise or material.
- Pack, wrap, box or crate materials to be shipped; attach bill of lading.
- Perform other duties assigned or requested.
- Supervise the receiving and storing of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
- Order parts and materials for stock and immediate use.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly.
- Check materials against vendor invoices, bills of lading, customer orders and similar papers.
- Develop and recommend improvements in current office and warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service and lower cost.
- Identify and mark parts and material using stock number, price, and quantity, then store them in predetermined location.
- Recruit, select, and provide training for warehouse employees.
- Post all receipts and issue of materials to appropriate record.
- Assist in the physical inventory.
- Provide inspection of incoming materials against orders and specifications for correctness, quantity, type, and defects. Arrange for return of defective material.
- Route incoming goods to the proper departments.
- Unpack and sort incoming merchandise.
- Load or unload material, equipment, merchandise or supplies from automobiles, trucks or other vehicles.
- Reject damaged goods or materials and correspond with shipper to adjust damages or shortages.
- Participate in the assembling and shipping of outgoing merchandise or material.
- Issue vehicle and equipment parts to vehicle shop personnel based on approved requisition forms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
