We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This position is responsible for moving, loading, and organizing materials efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack) to move materials
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely
- Stack, stage, and organize inventory in designated areas
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Warehouse and distribution center setting
- Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience required - minimum 6-months
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Basic warehouse and inventory knowledge
