$5K Hiring Bonus Flatbed CDL-A Regional Driver:
Earn $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week

System Transport – Santa Rosa, NM. Full Time. Deadline 6/30/2026.

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the Western United States. You will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54.
  Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ (based on experience, routes, attendance, and service).
• Additional Accessorial Pay: Tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimensional, and mileage pay.
• Bonus: $5,000 Hiring Bonus paid in four $1,250 installments at 90‑day intervals over 12 months, subject to continuous employment.
• Transition Package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.
• Home Time: Off most weekends with a 34‑hour reset. Division 290, terminal Kansas City, MO.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years old.
• 4+ months of flatbed driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check, drug test, and clear clearinghouse result required.
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.

System Transport does not allow pets. Riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving are allowed.
