Essential Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers efficiently.
• Transport materials to designated production, storage, and shipping areas.
• Stack pallets and products accurately while maintaining inventory organization.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Follow work orders and warehouse procedures to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Basic warehouse and inventory experience.
• Ability to read work orders and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
