The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for all warehouse inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This includes performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting all discovered discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily requirements are achieved, and communicating important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all warehouse goods, including finished goods, raw materials, and deposit items with warehouse leadership.

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, and compare it to the physically counted inventory
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances
• Count and research and correct any variances in inventory
• Collaborate with team to ensure finished goods are completed in a timely manner without disrupting production operations or product supply to sales centers and customers
• Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management, including pallet building when required

• 1 + years of warehouse and/or inventory experience
• Extensive knowledge of all warehouse processes and systems (SAP)
• Analytical skills and ability to count
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Share Point
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while walking and repeatedly lifting 30 lbs
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
