Schedule Available:

  • Shift times will be discussed during interview. (Morning and afternoon shifts available)

The Warehouse Auditor ensures accuracy and compliance for all incoming and outgoing shipments. This role verifies counts, documentation, labeling, and freight condition to maintain inventory integrity and support operational quality standards. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices are essential.

Operate stand‑up forklift equipment safely and efficiently at all times

  • Verify receiving shipments: counts, condition, labels, and documentation
  • Audit outbound orders to ensure accuracy before loading
  • Record discrepancies and report issues to supervisors or leads
  • Use scanners, inventory systems, and audit checklists
  • Communicate with warehouse teams to resolve mismatches
  • Maintain organized audit records and daily logs
  • Support continuous improvement and quality control processes Identify and report unsafe conditions, follow warehouse safety rules, and maintain proper PPE at all times
  • Ensure audit tasks are performed safely around equipment, forklifts, and active warehouse traffic

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills
  • Experience in receiving, shipping, inventory control, or quality auditing
  • Ability to use scanners, tablets, or basic warehouse software
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced logistics environment
  • Commitment to safe work practices and awareness of warehouse hazards
  • Must have a valid  work permit.
  • Must take a drug screen. (Excludes marijuana)
  • 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny.
