Gynecology Physician – New Women’s Health Center, New Milford, CT

Full‑time position at a newly‑opened women's health center.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm with on‑call OR days for GYN surgery.

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care with a focus on the peri‑ and post‑menopausal period of life.
• Perform GYN surgeries scheduled as per OR days.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including obstetricians, urogyn, primary care, maternal‑fetal medicine, nurse navigators, pelvic floor PT, and mental health providers—to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Contribute to the development of a patient‑centered, holistic practice model.

• Board‑certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology or equivalent.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial, holistic approach to patient care.
• Menopause Society Certification within the first year of employment.
• Additional training in colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, hormone replacement therapy, integrative medicine, and/or ultrasound is preferred.
• Experience in retail or concierge medicine is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
