Elementary School Lunch Aide

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and child-centered individuals to join our elementary school team for the  school year.

• Student Supervision – Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment while supervising assigned student groups in the cafeteria and on the recess yard/playground.
• Safety & Guidance – Assist students during lunchtime routines and monitor playground activities to ensure safety and fair play.
• Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with school staff, teachers, and administration to support student well-being and follow school protocols.

• Availability – Must be available to work Monday through Friday (11:30 AM – 1:30 PM).
• Child-Centered Mindset – Must genuinely enjoy working with elementary‑aged children and possess a patient, encouraging demeanor.
• Experience – Familiarity or prior experience working with students at the elementary school level is highly preferred.
• Skills – Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
