You will assess and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and independence, develop personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Skilled nursing facility experience and an active Connecticut license are required.

New grads and assistants are not considered for this role. You may be required to float within a 25-mile radius, with paid drive time.
