Bilingual Receptionist - Portuguese or Spanish Speaking

Family & Children’s Aid is seeking an efficient, organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese/ English Receptionist for our New Milford Behavioral Health Center.

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday 10:30 am- 7:30 pm and Friday 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting and checking in clients
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Utilizing our EHR system
• Collecting copays
• Scanning, faxing, and/or mailing documents.

• Bilingual English/ Portuguese required
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
