As a C.N.A., your primary role will be to provide exceptional care and customer service to our residents.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Make rounds on assigned residents at the beginning and throughout the shift
- Take vital signs and weights and record as instructed
- Assists with serving meals, feeding residents and documentation

Certified Nursing Assistant needs to be able to communicate with interdisciplinary team, charge nurses, nursing supervisors, residents, family members, and other staff. At Candlewood we all work as a team to ensure all residents have the best care possible.
