Driver - Non-CDL All American Waste

Position Summary:

The Driver (Non-CDL) is responsible for safely operating a non-CDL truck as well as responsible for efficiently serving assigned customers while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and Company policies. This position requires a valid driver's license.

• Driving safely and efficiently to complete assigned routes accurately and on time.
• Stay in radio contact with and respond to requests from the Dispatcher.
• Deliver and retrieve toter containers at customer locations
• Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.
• Assist other drivers with routes as directed.
• Pre- and post-trip inspection and report
• Complete routine paperwork
• Work all assigned shifts from the scheduled start time to the scheduled end time.
• Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace.
• Receive complaints from customers and report issues and problems professionally to Dispatch.
• Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
