Are you looking to gain real-world office experience to jump start a business career? We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Office Clerk to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Answer phones / greet visitors in a professional manner
- Distribution of mail
- Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks (court runner duties, shredding, copying, etc)
- Stock kitchen supplies, office supplies, conference room cleanliness
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by assisting office manager to keep office running smoothly
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email)
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
