We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across industrial, offshore, oil & gas, and marine sectors. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who can lead design efforts, mentor junior engineers, and deliver high-quality structural solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and deliver structural engineering solutions for industrial, offshore, and marine projects
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight
  • Develop and review comprehensive structural design packages, calculations, and drawings
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable U.S. codes, standards, and industry best practices
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Conduct site visits and field assessments as needed to support design and construction activities
  • Utilize structural analysis software to perform modeling, analysis, and design validation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) from an accredited institution
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EIT candidates with strong experience considered
  • 10–15+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally within:
    Industrial, Oil & Gas, Offshore or marine environments
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. codes and standards (ASCE, AISC, API, etc.)
  • Proficiency with structural analysis tools such as RISA, SACS, or similar software
  • Experience with design documentation and engineering deliverables
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Field experience and practical construction knowledge are a plus
