Job Title
Under general supervision, plan, coordinate, and execute assigned civil and structural engineering projects and programs. Manage all phases of project delivery to ensure objectives are achieved safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.
Perform and coordinate engineering design activities for assigned projects, including the development of calculations, models, drawings, and technical specifications while maintaining complete and accurate project documentation.
Prepare, review, and maintain technical reports, analyses, and engineering documentation to support project objectives and design recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and participate in project meetings to ensure engineering solutions are effectively integrated into project plans and deliverables.
Conduct design reviews and assess contractor and vendor submittals to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company requirements.
Apply engineering software, modeling tools, and analytical methods to evaluate, simulate, and optimize civil and structural design solutions.
Continuously improve design processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the project office.
Perform other duties as required.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related Engineering discipline and three (3) years related experience in engineering OR
Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related Engineering discipline and two (2) years related experience in engineering
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of applicable industry standards and and Civil and Structural engineering design criteria.
Experience developing Civil and Structural deliverables such as 3D models, steel and concrete drawings, connection details, calculations, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Engineering Work Packages (EWPs).
Experience in 3D structural analysis software including ability to interpret results and develop design recommendations.
What We Offer YouThe estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $93,000 - $127,500. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
