Duties
Provide technical expertise and oversight for cost, risk, and schedule development processes.
Coordinates with other organizational elements of the District in scheduling civil works projects for bid solicitations.
Compares Government estimates with contractors' bids and furnishes an analysis, which serves as supporting material for decisions on awarding contracts.
Serves as technical advisor on all matters pertaining to cost engineering and specifications.
Directs staff that are preparing and/or reviewing cost estimates for planning and budgetary purposes.
