Clinical Training Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Experience in clinical training or education within the medical device industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel and work independently as well as within cross-functional teams

Clinical Training Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Previous experience in a clinical training role
  • Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance standards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Clinical Training Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers at clinical sites
  • Train medical professionals on the safe and effective use of advanced vascular closure technology
  • Operationalize clinical programs at new sites from initial setup to launch
  • Monitor, assess, and enhance effectiveness of ongoing training programs
  • Provide educational resources and ongoing support to ensure optimal adoption and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve training processes and contribute to continuous product improvement
