We are looking for a dynamic individual to serve as the primary point of contact for SWBNO's IT Director and OCIO leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of New Orleans, a city known for its rich culture, history, and vibrant community.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of contractor personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and coordinating various operational aspects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining service quality across IT operations and specialized technical services, while also supporting emergency operations and business continuity.
Requirements- 8–10 years of experience managing IT staffing, professional services, or technology support contracts.
- 5 years of experience managing multi-role technical teams in enterprise IT operations.
- Experience with Task Order-based or staff augmentation contracts.
- Knowledge of IT operations environments, including help desk, network, server, enterprise applications, database, cybersecurity, GIS, and infrastructure support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Louisiana by contract start and available for regular onsite presence.
- Experience serving as a client-facing contract manager for public-sector or critical infrastructure clients.
- Ability to coordinate emergency support and business continuity staffing.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
