Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an Help Desk Specialist to join a large federal program. This is a full-time position and onsite in New Orleans, LA. Essential duties of the Help Desk Specialist include:

• Responsible for end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide.
• Providing IT support for various devices/technologies including the network devices, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, connectivity issues, OS issues, Outlook/Microsoft Office support, Video Teleconference (VTC), etc.
• Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
• Execute scripts and answer calls.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.
• Open and close tickets.
• Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.

Qualifications of the Help Desk Specialist include:

• 1+ years of IT experience
• Active Security+ certification
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist includes:

• $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
