Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care role serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
• Collaborate within a mission-driven community health environment
• Structured clinical workflows with full support staff

Compensation

• Base Salary: $105,000 - $142,100
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $100,000

Schedule

• Monday Through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Outpatient Clinical Setting
• Future Evening Or Saturday Hours May Be Added
• Average 18-22 Patients Per Day

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification REQUIRED
• Active Louisiana Nurse Practitioner License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain
• Bilingual Vietnamese REQUIRED
• Ability To Treat Pediatric, Adult, And Geriatric Patients REQUIRED
• Experience Managing Acute And Chronic Conditions Preferred
• Strong Commitment To Preventive Care And Patient Education REQUIRED
• One Year Of Experience Preferred
